Our superb gym is exactly the sort of environment where you can set your own goals and train as often and as hard as you want in order to feel healthier, fitter and stronger – without any outside influence or peer pressure. The gym facility has all the kit you could possibly want, in order to embrace your new routine.

The space itself is very easy to navigate, and we have a really nice bunch of friendly gym members who you’ll soon get to know. There’s also our first class changing facilities, showers and a comfortable member’s lounge area where you can relax after your workout.

The gym is equipped with a range of cardio machines including; treadmills, stair master, rowing machines and elliptical trainers as well as bikes.

There are also some excellent cable machines that can be adapted to be used in a variety of training modes for a full body workout.

If strength training is your thing there is a range of free weights where you can train and develop your technique and strength.

We offer full gym inductions for all new members and pride ourselves in providing a safe, clean space in which for you to train. We ask that all new members book in for an induction to allow yourself the opportunity to understand and get the most of out the kit with the gym.

There are also the opportunities to book a session with Michelle Partington, our in-house personal trainer, as well as joining her strength workshops, where you can cement good habits and understand the techniques of lifting weights and training to your optimal level.
